Adrienne M. Baker, Vice President Payroll and Tax Operations
Ms. Baker has more than 25 years of experience in the payroll industry. Before joining Perquest, Adrienne was Director of Tax Projects and Compliance at ProBusiness Services, Inc., now a division of ADP. In addition, she held the positions of Manager of Payroll Operations and Project Manager at ProBusiness. Prior to ProBusiness, Ms. Baker was the VP of Operations for EMCON, Inc., an environmental consulting firm. Adrienne began her career with Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and holds a B.S. from Ithaca College in New York.
Christine Dover, Vice President Professional Services
Ms. Dover has over 20 years experience in Human Capital Management systems for mid-sized and large clients. Christine served as a Senior Director at Oracle Corporation, where she managed various groups, including HRMS Consulting, Professional Services Education, and the Oracle PartnerNetwork. She has also held HRMS related positions at well known companies, including Tesseract and Coopers & Lybrand. Christine holds a Master’s degree from San Jose State University and is active in the community serving as President of TheatreFIRST and as a board member for Berkeley Chess School.
Mike Nelson, Vice President Client Services
Mr. Nelson has over 18 years experience in service leadership, managing client service teams responsible for delivering outstanding service to large and mid-size clients in the Payroll and Human Capital Management arenas. Mike led the mid-market payroll service team and the stand alone tax service team at ProBusiness achieving extraordinary client satisfaction results. He then joined SkillSet Software as VP of Client Services managing all client touch points including Professional services, Client Services, Client Education and Technical Services. Mike, formerly a CPA, graduated from CSU, Chico with a B.S. in Accounting.
