Standard Labor Distribution
- Our Labor Distribution Report distributes pay elements by department

- After each pay period, you receive your GL Journal Entry information in your chosen output option

Labor Distribution Report
This is for businesses with a simple department structure and accustomed to manually posting to the accounting system based on labor distribution and department details.
GL Journal Entries Report
This report is for businesses with GL allocations set up based on a “chart of accounts.” You will manually post to your accounting system if your accounting system does not have import functionality.
QuickBooks® Interface File
If your business uses QuickBooks, your GL allocations and rules are set up in the Perquest system. Perquest will set up your GL report and interface based on your requirements. You can specify the level of detailed roll-up to five levels. The output file has the content of a .csv file; however, it has an extension of txt.
Simple GL Export (.csv)
For businesses using other accounting systems with import functionality, Perquest supports standard GL export files for easy integration. A custom GL export may be created, depending on your requirements.
Custom GL Export
