Earning Statements
The earning statements (paychecks and deposit advices) you produce in conjunction with the Perquest payroll service hold all of the necessary information you and your employees need regarding earnings, benefits deductions and taxes. Elements of the earning statement include:
Labor
Labor Allocation, such as department code, is presented on the Earning Statement at your request.
Earnings Code and Description
You specify which earning codes to print on your employee earnings statements.
Employer Paid Benefits
Perquest sets up matching Memo Earning Codes for Benefit Deductions that print in the Benefits Section of the Employee Earnings. Deductions can also be printed in the Benefits Section.
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit details are presented on the Earning Statement, at your request.
Taxes
Detailed listings of the employee’s Federal, State, and Local taxes are displayed in this section.
Deduction Code & Description
You specify which Deductions Codes print on the statement.
Special Payments & Description
You specify which Special Payment Codes print on the statement.
