Client Services is a process-driven organization, completely focused on our clients. They work closely with each client, aligning with their goals and objectives to insure reliability, accuracy and consistency with all products and services.
Industry Experts
Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are individuals who have been hired for their knowledge, number of years in the industry and overall expertise. Most have earned the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation.
Empowered
CSRs are typically able to answer all questions and resolve issues on an initial call. In the event that the issue cannot be fully addressed during that first call, the CSR will be able to tell you what to expect in terms of resolution. The goal is to communicate well, manage expectations, and meet or exceed those expectations.
Processes Driven
Perquest uses technology to proactively anticipate and avoid issues. Automated and manual processes follow specific documented workflows which each CSR has at his or her fingertips. The Perquest Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system stores the workflows and insures that every client receives the same high quality service each time they call.
Use Leading Call Center Service Delivery Technology
Perquest employs best practice call center methodologies and technology. All calls and call wait times are monitored to insure speedy, quality service. When a client contacts Client Services, they are issued a personal identification number (PIN). The CSR can then view all of the client's history and contact information immediately. CSRs are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time at 866.439.7757.
Use Leading Email Service Technology
A client may also email the client services center with issues or questions at ClientService@perquest.com. The email queue is monitored constantly. Emails are converted into a CRM case and assigned to a CSR. Built into the system are comprehensive workflows and a knowledge base for all known issues. Perquest prefers that clients email Perquest. This ensures their request is assigned a case and immediately routed to the appropriate person for action and resolution.
