Implementation Process
SaaS Saves You Time – and Money
Perquest’s payroll service and core HR applications are delivered as software as a service (SaaS) – which means no lengthy implementations or costly updates. Our workforce solutions are designed to give you more time to focus on strategy, and less on IT deployments.
Step 1
Information Gathering - After completing the Implementation Kit, an Implementation Representative reviews your documents to make sure everything is complete.
Step 2
Planning - An Implementation Representative calls to schedule a planning meeting.
Step 3
Meeting - You meet by phone with your Implementation Specialist to verify information, collect additional data if needed, obtain year-to-date wages and discuss timelines.
Step 4
Implementation - Your payroll system is created to your company-specific configurations. Your employee demographic data is migrated to your new system. During this process, you receive some starter training about how to use Perquest payroll services.
Step 5
Testing - Perquest performs testing to verify your company’s payroll set up and calculations and migrates quarter-to-date and year-to-date information.
Step 6
First Time Use - You conduct your first live payroll process with the assistance of your Implementation Specialist.
Step 7
You’re Ready to Go! - You are fully functioning with your new payroll service, with the knowledge that Perquest representatives are always there if you have questions.
