Thomas H. Sinton, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sinton has over 30 years experience as a business innovator and leader in the HRMS industry, and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Perquest. In 1986, Tom founded ProBusiness Services, originally a payroll outsourcing provider that evolved into a comprehensive workforce solution offering with annual revenues of $170 million. ProBusiness had the distinguishing honor of being recognized as the service leader in the industry and was eventually acquired by ADP in 2003. Tom has also served on numerous Boards within the business processing, workforce management and financial analysis arenas including SmartTime Software, Savista Corporation and the Advisory Board of Baird Capital Partners. He holds a B.A. in English from Harvard College, an M.S. in Food Science from the University of California, Davis; an M.B.A. from Stanford University and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Vienna.
Cheryl Paterson, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Ms. Paterson has more than 20 years experience as both a technology leader and strategic advisor to multiple firms within the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry. Prior to joining Perquest, Cheryl was VP of Engineering for ProBusiness, a recognized service leader in workforce solutions where she was responsible for leading the R&D organizations while simultaneously defining a global HCM strategy. Prior to ProBusiness, Cheryl had various roles with well known HCM companies including CTO of InterPro, a Procurement Information Management Services company and VP of Advanced Development at Cyborg Systems, a global HCM software and services company. Cheryl has a B.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, is a member of IEEE, and has served on non-profit Boards including Board Chair and President for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area.
Steven Rodriguez, Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Mr. Rodriguez has more than 18 years of leadership experience in sales, sales management, finance, and data processing. As a consultant at Human Capital Success, Steven launched a consulting practice, coached executives, and designed compensation, sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and employee retention. He was Senior Vice President of Sales at Ceridian Employer Services Inc, where he grew the organization by expanding into new markets and delivering new products that resulted in top line revenue growth and increased sales productivity. Prior to joining Ceridian, Steven was Regional Director for Epicor Software Corporation and VP Sales with ADP. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
