Thomas H. Sinton, Chairman

Tom has 30 years experience as a business innovator and leader and is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Perquest. He founded ProBusiness Services, Inc., in 1986 and served as its CEO until 2003, when ADP purchased it for $500 million. ProBusiness went public in 1997 and achieved annual revenues of $170 million at the time of its acquisition. Tom served on Boards at Smart Time Software, Savista Corporation and on the Advisory Board of Baird Capital Partners, LLC. He holds a B.A. in English from Harvard College, an MS in Food Science from the University of California, Davis, a MBA from Stanford University and was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Vienna.


Tony Cannestra, Director

Tony has been a principal at Ignite Group, a venture capital firm, since 2000. Prior to joining Ignite, he spent five years as a business consultant with Ernst & Young Consulting (now Cap Gemini Ernst & Young), rising to the position of Senior Manager. His areas of expertise at E&Y Consulting included supply chain management for the high-tech industry, including B2B marketplaces, knowledge management and e-Commerce platforms. Towards the end of his tenure with Ernst & Young Consulting, Tony worked in the company's venture group, identifying potential investment opportunities for E&Y. Tony has also lived in Japan for two years, working for the auto parts manufacturer Mannoh Kogyo, where he designed and developed computer programs for the company. Tony has a BA degree in International Political Economy from UC Berkeley and an MBA with a certificate in Management of Technology (MOT) from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Tony also sits on the Board of Directors for Gearworks, a Minneapolis-based company that provides software solutions for managing field service employees.


Deborah A. Farrington, Director

Founder and Co-Chairman of StarVest Partners, LP, Debby has over 25 years of experience in venture capital, private equity investing and investment banking. She founded and has been co-chairman since 1998 of StarVest Partners, LP, a New York City-based venture capital firm that invests in information technology. Prior to founding StarVest, Debby was President and CEO for five years of Victory Ventures, a New York-based private equity firm that invested in business services and consumer companies, and was Chairman of the Board of a major staffing services company. Prior to Victory, she was managing director of a Hong Kong-based merchant bank that invested with Asian entrepreneurs. While there, she served as a director and COO of its NASDAQ listed affiliate. She started her career at Merrill Lynch, where, over 11 years with the firm, she had assignments in investment banking, management and securities analysis, while based in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Debby is a graduate of Smith College and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School. In addition to Perquest, Debby is on the boards of NetSuite, ComparisonMarket, Fieldglass and Collectors Universe, Inc., a NASDAQ listed public company.


Chet P. Mehta, Director

Chet is Managing Director-Finance of Oakmont Corporation, the private investment company of Robert Day, founder of Trust Company of the West. He is also a principal of Liberty Lane Partners, a firm that invests in businesses that can benefit from the operating, financial and transaction experience of its founding principals. Formerly, he served as Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations at Fisher Scientific International Inc., a global supplier of products and services for the scientific research and clinical laboratory markets. Prior to that, Chet was a Managing Director in the leverage finance group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., covering the healthcare, real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure industries. He began his investment banking career at DLJ Securities Corporation, where he focused primarily on healthcare companies and leveraged transactions. Chet holds a B.A. in Classic Greek and Sanskrit from Harvard College.
